He he - rethinking the whole egg nog topic. Egg nog = okay. Egg nog + large quantities of rum = even better. ESPECIALLY after 7 mile run. Hits you harder. Yup, yup :) So... everyone guess what *I* did last night...

What kind of rum did you use for the eggnog? I'm partial to Appleton Estate Jamaican rum.

In my neck of the woods egg nog and brandy is a Tom and Jerry and the local bar has Tome and Jerry's one of the first Saturdays in December...free Tom and Jerrys for a set time...people get quite intoxicated. I didn't find them very appealing the first (and only) time I had them...now peppermint schnaaps and/or baily's and hot chocolate after a run...:)
